Chris Clarkson
Senior Lecturer
Chris has more than 35 years’ experience in the film and television industry and has logged an impressive number of credits and awards, including a coveted International Emmy.
After training with the BBC, Chris was a freelance sound recordist before joining Yorkshire Television in Leeds. He has worked on a vast number of major network programmes including dramas such as Emmerdale, Heartbeat, The Royal, Airline and Romance on the Orient Express. Chris also has a reputation for filming specialist documentaries in difficult locations such as Lebanon, the Falkland Islands, the North Pole and the Arctic Ocean.
Chris is a Senior Lecturer and teaches film, video and TV production.
